About these terms
These terms describe use of PNSoft, the personal website of Phi Nguyen, including its articles and free browser tools. Updated 15 October 2026. Questions can be sent to info@pnsoftvn.com.
Articles and examples
Articles share general information and personal perspectives about software, AI and everyday digital work. They may contain errors or become outdated. Check instructions and dependencies against your own situation before using them. Examples are illustrative and do not promise a particular result or replace professional advice where it is needed. Corrections are welcome.
Sharing and copyright
You may link to articles and share short attributed excerpts where permitted by applicable law. Unless a page states another license, the site’s original text, illustrations and branding remain with their respective rights holders. Please request permission before republishing full articles or reusing branding. Third-party materials and software remain subject to their own licenses.
Using the free tools
Use the free tools only for content and images you are entitled to use. Image exports may change quality, remove metadata or flatten animation; check the result and keep your original. File size reduction is not guaranteed. Check the destination and scan exported codes on the intended devices before printing or distributing them. A QR code does not verify the safety or ownership of its destination. The tool processes content locally in your browser and is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular task.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not use the Site to infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the service or access private publishing functions without authorization. Editors are responsible for the text and images they upload, including obtaining any needed permissions.
Advertising and external links
Public pages may include Google advertising and links to third-party services. An advertisement or link is not an endorsement or guarantee of a provider’s products, security or claims. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Any sponsorship or affiliate relationship in editorial content will be disclosed when it exists.
Availability, updates and your rights
Features and content may change or be withdrawn. We do not promise that all information will always be complete, current or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Changes to these terms will appear here with an updated date.
