The purpose of PNSoft
PNSoft is a publication by Phi Nguyen about system architecture, AI-assisted software development and business development. It brings technical decisions and operating decisions into the same conversation: what problem needs solving, what should be built, and how we will know whether it helps.

Thora Vietnam’s focus is business development and AI automation, including coding and deployment. The intended approach connects discovery, system design, implementation and operation. An automation should have a defined purpose, clear responsibilities and a way to review its results.
How we plan to work
The operating model planned for Thora Vietnam follows Lean Startup: make assumptions explicit, test a focused offer, measure useful outcomes and decide what to change.
