PNSOFT / Privacy
Privacy, in plain language.
How PNSoft uses information, advertising cookies and local storage, and the choices you have.
About this policy
PNSoft is a personal website by Phi Nguyen. This policy covers its articles, free tools and private publishing editor. Updated 15 October 2026. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@pnsoftvn.com.
Your reading preferences and free tools
Your chosen language and saved article IDs stay in your browser’s local storage. They are not synchronized to a reader account or sent to a PNSoft database. Search runs in your browser using an index downloaded from this site. The QR generator, image resizer, JSON formatter and text comparison tool process your text, logos and files in browser memory. These inputs are not uploaded to a PNSoft server or saved to a tool history. The image tool creates a new download without changing your original file. Downloads are saved where you choose. There are no separate analytics tags, newsletter forms or commenting services.
Advertising cookies and personalization
If you allow optional advertising, public pages load Google AdSense. Google and other third-party advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using those visits. Ad providers may also process browser, device, IP address and interaction information to deliver and measure advertising and prevent abuse. The private editor and draft previews do not load advertising code.
Your advertising choices
Optional advertising is off until you choose Accept optional or enable Advertising in Manage choices. Reject optional keeps Google’s advertising services unloaded. Use Privacy and cookie settings to change this choice. Where required, Google’s additional consent message provides purpose and vendor choices; your PNSoft choice does not replace those choices. You can also manage personalized Google ads in My Ad Center, or use the industry opt-out tool for participating third-party vendors. These controls may apply only to the browser or account you use. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily remove all ads or all cookies.
Hosting and editor sign-in
PNSoft is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. The platform may process connection and security information and use cookies for hosting and authentication. Authorized editors sign in through ChatGPT; PNSoft does not ask for or store their ChatGPT password. The editor checks the signed-in identity against an owner-managed access list.
Posts, uploaded images and backups
The editor stores post text, drafts, published snapshots and image metadata in the Site’s database, and image files in its file storage. Published posts and images referenced by them are public. Draft text and unused library images require editor access. The owner can download a backup containing drafts, posts and image files; copies kept outside the Site have their own storage and retention.
Contact, retention and requests
Emailing info@pnsoftvn.com shares the information you choose to send through your email provider. Reading preferences stay on your device until you change or clear them. Your advertising choice is remembered locally for up to 180 days; if browser storage is unavailable, it applies only to the current page. Editorial records and images are kept for website operation and backups; hosting and advertising providers manage their own retention. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record. Do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents in an initial email.
Cookies, providers and policy updates
The cookie notice explains local storage and ways to change your settings. Google’s linked information describes its advertising technologies and partners. When this website’s practices change, this page will be updated with a revised date. A link to another provider does not make its privacy practices part of PNSoft’s own controls.
